HEALTH BARS - Almond Bars

These are sure to be a hit for any almond butter lovers!! Feel free to use your favorite nuts or seeds in this recipe!

Ingredients:
3c raw almond butter
1c b grade maple syrup
1t cardamom
1t cinnamon
1/2c cacao nibs
2T bee pollen
1c raw sunflower seeds
1c raw pumpkin seeds
1c chopped raw pistachio nuts
1/2c raw hemp seeds
1/4c golden flax seeds

Mix well with hands or wooden spoon. Spread out onto sheet pan. Allow to firm in fridge. Cut into squares and enjoy massive amounts of energy!! You can freeze these too, that is if you don't eat them all at once!!!
