FISH - Teriyaki Salmon
Marinade
3/4 cup Tamari soy sauce
1 tbs. fresh graded ginger
1 or 2 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup raw blue agave nectar
Fresh Salmon or Rainbow Trout fillets
Combine the entire marinade list together in a marinade pan. Add cleaned fish and marinate for 1/2 hour to 1 hour in the fridge.
Cook the fish on broil or on the grill for 10 to 15 min. Serve when fish is done all the way through and is flaky.
