DIPS / SPREADS - Raw Traditional Humus

First you soak the bean or seed to a sprouted state. (See the bean, nut and seed sprouting guide for instructions on sprouting.)

Ingredients:
2 cups Sprouted Chickpeas
1/2 cup of Tahini    (Sesame seed butter)
1 or 2 cloves of Garlic
1/4 cup Olive oil
Pinch of Sea Salt  (to taste)
Juice of one fresh lemon

Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredience in the food process or blender.  Blend till very smooth.   Hint add water if too thick, small amount at a time while blending.
